Sentinel Consolidated Systems
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect when you use our websites and platforms, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. We have written this notice in plain language to make it easy to understand. If anything is unclear, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.
This Privacy Notice applies to information collected through our websites, software platforms, and related services (collectively, our "Services"). It also covers information we collect when you communicate with us by email, web form, or other means.
This notice does not apply to information collected by third parties whose products or services you may use, even when those products or services are linked from our Services. Please review the privacy practices of any third party before sharing your information with them.
Sentinel Consolidated Systems is a Florida-based technology company. We design, build, and operate digital platforms for organizations in industries that include law enforcement, travel, and wellness services. References in this notice to "we," "us," or "our" mean Sentinel Consolidated Systems.
For some of our platforms, we act as the service provider (the "processor") to a customer organization. That customer organization decides what information to put into the platform and how to use it. In those cases, the customer organization is the controller of the information, and questions about specific data handling should be directed to them first.
You give us information when you create an account, sign in, use our Services, contact us, or fill out a form. Depending on what you do, this may include:
When you use our Services, certain information is collected automatically:
If you sign in using a third-party identity provider such as Microsoft 365, we receive basic profile information from that provider (such as your name and email address) to create or update your account. We only receive the information you authorize the provider to share with us.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not use the operational content you store in our platforms (such as reports, schedules, or client records) to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not sell that content to anyone.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.
If you use our Services as part of an organization, other authorized members of that organization (such as administrators and supervisors) may be able to see information you submit, based on the roles and permissions configured by your organization.
We work with carefully selected service providers who help us operate our business, including cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and customer support. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to handle information securely and only on our instructions. A summary of the categories of providers we use is in the next section.
We may share information if we are legally required to do so, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other valid legal processes, or when we have a good-faith belief that sharing is necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or to comply with the law.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice and any choices required by law.
We may share information for other purposes when you have given us your consent to do so.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles the information it receives.
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our Services work and to improve your experience. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your device.
We use the following types of cookies:
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some features of our Services from working correctly.
We take the security of your information seriously. We use a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards include:
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is one hundred percent secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our Services, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention practices depend on the type of information and the platform involved.
When your subscription ends or you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where we are required by law, contract, or legitimate business need (such as financial recordkeeping or pending legal matters) to retain it longer. Backup copies are kept on a rolling schedule and are eventually overwritten as part of normal backup rotation.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. We will respond within the time required by law. If you are using our Services as part of an organization, please contact your organization's administrator first, as they often have the most direct control over your information.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Residents of some U.S. states have additional privacy rights under their state laws. These may include the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide the opt-out choices required by law.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We treat all visitors consistently in accordance with this notice.
Our Services are intended for use by adults and by organizations, not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove that information.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, our business practices, or applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice within our Services.
We encourage you to review this notice periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests about this Privacy Notice or about how we handle your information, please reach out to us using the information below. We aim to respond to all privacy inquiries promptly.
